Windows 11: Fresh New Look, but Is It Enough of an Upgrade?

The taskbar, Start button, and Windows desktop are now familiar to millions of PC users. With Windows 11, Microsoft has made some drastic changes which include moving the Start button to the middle of the taskbar instead of the left.
