YouTube Adds Like, Dislike, More UI Buttons to Its Full Screen Video Player on Android, iOS

YouTube is getting new video player user interface (UI) elements on its Android and iOS apps. The new elements are visible in the full screen mode and are seemingly part of a server-side update.
