Apple Granted Patent That Could Allow for Truly 'Matte Black' iPhone, MacBook, Apple Watch Models: Details

iPhone, MacBook, Apple Watch, and iPad models in the future could be sold in a black colourway with a matte finish, according to a new patent granted to Apple. Anodised metal that is black in colour usually appears glossy and reflects light instead of absorbing it, but Apple's latest patent hints at a solution to this problem.
