TCL announced a host of new products at CES 2023. The lineup includes budget smartphones, the NxtPaper 12 Pro tablet, and the Book X12 Go 2-in-1 detachable laptop. The company's new budget smartphones include the TCL 40 R 5G, the TCL 40 SE, and the TCL 408.
